What we collect
When you request early access, we collect the email address you provide. If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the organization details you enter. We do not collect payment information; billing is handled by our payment processor.
How we use it
We use your email to manage early access invitations and to send product updates. Account data is used to operate the service: identify you, scope your access to your organization, and keep audit logs as the service requires.
Outreach data
Salesey stores the contacts, scripts, call logs, and campaign data your organization enters. That data belongs to your organization. We use it only to provide the service, and we never sell it.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use basic analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use advertising trackers. We will update this policy if that changes.
Data retention
Waitlist emails are kept until access opens and you either create an account or ask to be removed. Account data is kept while your organization is active and deleted within 90 days of cancellation, except where audit-log or legal requirements say otherwise.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@salesey.app. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
