Terms of Service

Early access
Salesey is in early access. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice. Access is granted in batches at our discretion, and we may suspend access if the service is misused.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. One person per account; accounts may not be shared across organizations without our written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not use Salesey to send unsolicited commercial messages in violation of applicable law, to store data you do not have the right to store, or to attempt to disrupt the service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of the platforms you reach out on.
Your data
You own the data your organization enters into Salesey. We process it only to provide the service, and we may use it in aggregated, non-identifying form to improve the product.
Fees and billing
Early access is free. When paid plans launch, fees and billing terms will be published before any charge applies. You will be asked to accept those terms before being billed.
Service availability
During early access the service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for downtime or data loss beyond what applicable law requires.
Intellectual property
The Salesey software, brand, and website are owned by Salesey. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during early access. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.
Termination
You may stop using Salesey at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms or for conduct that harms the service or other users, with notice where practical.
